Abilia d.o.o is a member of Adris Group. It is completely dedicated to project management and asset management services in real estate.
We provide all services from choosing appropriate location, adjusting to local building constraints, taking care of building permissions , design management, construction management, acceptance and hand over, marketing and sales. We managed industrial projects, residential project, and mostly touristic projects.
Yearly, Abilia manages between 60 and 150 million EUR real estate investment in a way that contract on behalf of investor and controls execution of whole project till it take over and resolution of faults. We provide facility management for 65.000 m2 of buildings in Croatia.
Our employees are highly educated and experienced, certified project managers (IPMA A, B and C level) and authorized professionals for architecture, construction ,installations, but also economy and law.
