Jones Lang LaSalle Zagreb office was established in 1998. as “Bradmore Consulting & Leasing” and merged with King Sturge in 2003. Following the dynamic performance of the coastal property market, in March 2006 King Sturge Croatia opened an office in Split. King Sturge merged with Jones Lang LaSalle in June 2011, therefore the office now operates as a part of Jones Lang LaSalle group of companies.
Our people make the difference: a multicultural team combining Croatian and international expertise, featuring memberships of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), LEED professionals and Croatian economists and civil engineers. Domestic and international firms have recognised the skill and experience of our staff. During 2010 King Sturge Zagreb advised an American property investment fund specialising in Sale-and-Leaseback transactions on the purchase of the main logistics and distribution centre of the largest Croatian supermarket chain and subsequently a portfolio of six supermarkets. The value of these transactions was over €122m.
In terms of Energy and Sustainability Services, during 2010 Jones Lang LaSalle saved 912 million kWh of energy for our clients, resulting in combined energy savings of €90 million and 563,000 tons of greenhouse gas emissions reduction. We also had more than 600 LEED APs across our global business and completed more than 130 LEED projects totalling 4.5 million square metres.
