TriGranit Development Corporation is the 4th largest fully integrated real estate development and management company in Europe (Property EU magazine 2010). Headquartered in Budapest, TriGranit has operations in 7 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. With over 12 years of successful business operations the corporation has a large portfolio of completed trophy assets and a pipeline of large scale mixed-use developments. TriGranit is also recognized as a pioneer in the development of Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects.

TriGranit has been present on the Croatian market since 2005 as one of the largest developers in this region. The company is ambitiously and determinedly planning for Croatia the development of large projects that will become the centre of social, entertainment and cultural life of cities.

Arena Zagreb represents the first project TriGranit developed in Croatia by way of a PPP with INGRA, City of Zagreb and Government of Croatia. We are currently developing our own project - the shopping-entertainment center “Arena Centar”, beside Arena Zagreb and which will open its doors to the public at the end of 2010. The shopping-entertainment centre represents the first phase of the entire Arena Centar complex. Future phases will incorporate a hotel, residential towers and business towers.

Key Principles of TriGranit's Sustainable Development Policy

TriGranit has been a pioneer in joining the European Commission's voluntary GreenBuilding program. The program focuses on energy saving solutions within commercial developments as well as the utilization of renewable energy sources.

Improving the quality of life of the people who live, shop, work and spend their leisure time in our developments is a top priority. It is therefore vital that we adhere to policies of sustainable development that will protect the current environment as well as that of the future. TriGranit is committed to reducing the impact of carbon emissions in Europe by ensuring that our developments are as environmentally sound as possible.
Our strategy includes making all of our current development projects carbon neutral, as well as ensuring that all of our future developments (including buildings and suppliers, workers and tenants) will be carbon neutral.
